Whether teams use Assembla to coordinate projects, develop software, or both, Assembla’s @mention feature provides a simple, intuitive way to get teammates’ attention without having to leave Assembla. Our latest release makes the Assembla mentions framework even more robust and versatile by introducing more ways for Assembla users to take action on the mention notifications they receive.
Once mentioned by a teammate in an Assembla ticket/ticket comment, code commit, message, Wiki comment, Standup report, or merge request/merge request comment, Assembla users can now:
- Mark mentions as read or unread
- Filter mention notifications by “Show unread only” to exclude any messages that have already been seen
- Search mentions in detail by name, content, author or ticket number
New UI added to the notifications dropdown menu also provides quick access to mark mentions read/unread as well as a direct link to view, filter, and search all your mentions in depth.
