New Metrics Dashboard
We’ve introduced a powerful new Metrics Dashboard to help you visualize and manage your team’s work more effectively. The dashboard offers a clear view of your tickets with easy-to-read charts and graphs, showing totals, trends, priorities, and status breakdowns. You can view reports by ticket status, priority, open/closed state, custom fields, tags, and week-on-week trends, allowing you to quickly glance at your Space’s ticket distribution.
If you’re a Space owner, you can filter charts by status to instantly see how work is flowing across your team. Your setup is saved automatically, so the dashboard will load with your last selected options the next time you visit. Those changes are reflected for all Members and Watchers, ensuring a consistent view of shared team data.
Improved User Management and Invitation Flow

Managing users across your portfolio is now simpler and more intuitive. With the updated User Management interface, Portfolio Managers and Space Owners can view and organize their users at a glance.
From the All Users tab in the top navigation, you can quickly access key user details like email, last login, role (Core User, Manager, Watcher), space memberships, and assigned user groups.
For larger teams, filters in the right sidebar make it easy to narrow down users by role and team. User groups allow you to manage access at scale: group users by team, department, or function and assign them to multiple spaces at once with defined permissions (Owner, Member, Watcher). Need to onboard external collaborators or give limited access to leadership? Create dedicated groups with tailored access levels to keep things organized and secure.
The more options menu gives you access to actions like suggesting profile changes, viewing activity reports, and revoking access. Whether you’re managing a handful of users or hundreds, the new interface helps you stay in control and move faster.
