We’re kicking off this update with a major enhancement—full support for Git LFS in Assembla. If you use Git and work with assets like textures, videos, 3D models, or audio files, you can now manage them more efficiently. Additionally, and unlike other platforms, we don’t impose upload limits on LFS files.

User Management
We’ve improved user loading speeds when adding large numbers of users to a space team. With optimized batch processing, this process is now significantly faster, saving you time when managing team members.
Backup Management
We’ve introduced more flexible S3 backup retention to help reduce unnecessary storage usage. Instead of relying on time-based retention, you can now choose to retain backups based on the number of copies. Plus, you’ll receive email notifications for completed, skipped, or failed backups, giving you better control and visibility.
We’ve also tackled key bug fixes, including issues with Merge Requests, the Wiki tool, and user management. Check out the full changelog for all the details.
