We’re excited to roll out several key updates focused on improving usability, organization, and support. Leading the way are the new Premium Support add-on and enhanced MR tag functionality, designed to streamline workflows and provide even better user support.
Premium Support add-on
Users of Repos, Spaces, and Repos+Spaces can now upgrade their support level for faster response times, priority issue resolution, and personalized guidance from our experts. The add-on is now available for purchase in the Account & Billing page.
Merge Request tags
In January, we also added tags to the Merge Request (MR) list views across Git, SVN, and Perforce repositories, making it easier to identify and categorize MRs at a glance. Additionally, a new tag filter lets you quickly find MRs by specific tags.

- [Added] Premium Support Add-on: users can now select and purchase the Premium Support add-on directly from the Account & Billing page.

- [Fixed] Corrected an issue where the “Remind Username” feature returned the user’s real name instead of their username.
- [Fixed] Searching for users by name is now fully functional again.
- [Fixed] The cardwall ticket quick editor is now working as expected.
- [Fixed] Group mentions (@groupname) in ticket comments and edits now work as expected, allowing users to notify entire groups.
- [Fixed] New users can now properly view and access the Jira integration.
Security & Technical Improvements
- [Upgrade] The rest-auth library has been upgraded to support newer Python versions, improving security and compatibility.
Bug Fixes for the India Cloud Cluster
- [Fixed] Registering a portfolio with an unassociated email no longer results in a blank page.
- [Fixed] Resolved various errors preventing smooth navigation within portfolios.
- [Fixed] Modifying trial plans no longer results in blank pages.
- [Fixed] Creating new repositories now functions correctly across all supported version control systems.
- [Fixed] The “Create New Repository” tab no longer closes unexpectedly.
- [Fixed] Addressed issues with Perforce repository creation and display.
- [Fixed] Users can now successfully add repositories via the Tools tab and set up integrations, including TestRail.
- [Fixed] Adding and removing users from spaces and portfolios now works without redirecting to blank pages.
